Total weight incl. trailer under 3.5t / movable with BE driving license

In today's world, mobility is a crucial factor, especially when it comes to transporting work equipment. One solution that is becoming increasingly popular is the use of trailers that can be driven with a BE license and have a total weight including equipment of less than 3.5 tons. These trailers make it possible to transport working platforms with a low tare weight of under 3 tons, which is advantageous for both private and commercial use.

An example of such a aerial platform is the Spider20.95, which has a dead weight of 2.6-2.8t depending on the equipment. This platform is ideal for working in hard-to-reach areas, such as building facades or Tree care. With a maximum working height of 20 meters and a lateral reach of 9.50 meters, this work platform offers a wide range of applications.

To transport the platform, a custom-built trailer from TIMA with a dead weight of only 500 kg is used. This trailer is designed to transport the working platform safely and efficiently. With a load capacity of up to 3 tons, this trailer is able to transport the working platform effortlessly without exceeding the permissible total weight of 3.5 tons.
Due to the low overall weight, the work platform can be easily transported from job site to job site, enabling efficient working.

Optional winch equipped

A special innovation is the optional cable winch that can be attached to the Spider20.95, which means that the work platform can also be used as a crane. With a load capacity of 250 kg and a 35-meter rope, this winch offers numerous possibilities and advantages.

One of the obvious applications of this optional winch is the transport of heavy loads. Whether it's construction materials, tools or other items, the winch can be used to lift and transport heavy loads effortlessly. This not only saves time and energy, but also minimizes the risk of injury to workers who would normally have to carry heavy loads manually.

20m working height and 9.50m lateral outreach

The working height is one of the most important technical data of a working platform. It indicates the maximum height at which the operator can perform work. In this case, the working height is an impressive 20 meters. The lateral reach is another important technical specification of a working platform. It indicates how far the platform can extend laterally to perform work in hard-to-reach places. In this case, the lateral reach is 9.50 meters.

With a load capacity of 220kg, the machine offers sufficient capacity for 2 people and additional tools and materials.

Besides these technical data, the working platform also has some additional features. For example, it is equipped with SCANRECO radio remote control, which allows easy and precise control of the platform. In addition, the work platform has a diagnostic display that shows pictograms and error codes on the ground and in the basket. This facilitates monitoring and troubleshooting while the working platform is in use.
