KUNZE successfully demonstrated its innovative RR9-200 two-way work platform in a workshop hall in Leipzig on January 11, 2023. The RR9-200 is characterized by its flexibility and versatility and can bring added value, especially when working in maintenance companies with sidings.

The work platform impressed with its ability to be used in difficult conditions without any problems. In the hall, the RR9-200 was positioned on the track, where it had to reach a height of 3.0 m in order to reach the roof working platform (DAS), which is located at a distance of 2.45 m between the tracks. Thanks to its innovative swivel function, the work platform could be maneuvered safely over the railing without coming into contact with the contact wire.

Managing Director Charly Kunze expressed his enthusiasm: "The RR9-200 is a milestone in the development of work platforms and shows how we at KUNZE always strive to meet the needs of our customers in the best possible way. We are convinced that our work platform will be an indispensable tool for train and wagon maintenance companies."

The successful demonstration of the RR9-200 confirms the suitability of the work platform for use in existing main workshops as well as in future maintenance workshops. With reserves of around 1.0 m in height and width, the RR9-200 can easily be used at various workstations.

The RR9-200 meets all the requirements for efficient and safe use in train and wagon maintenance workshops. With this innovative work platform, KUNZE is making an important contribution to modernization and increased efficiency in the industry.
